The ten commandments given to Moses by God can give us tremendous insight to how marriages can be saved or destroyed.
In the new testament, the Bible talks about the Church as being the Bride of Christ, and there are many parallels between our relationship with God and our relationship with our spouses. I believe very strongly that there will be some who read these sections on the ten commandments and find salvation for their marriages, for their family, and for their eternal souls.
The memory aids are not my own. I saw them one day in a Sunday school class over twenty years ago and never forgot them. Using those memory aids, I have not only been able to remember the ten commandments perfectly by number for decades, but I have been able to teach them to many children and adults as well.
I wish I could find the name of the person or publisher who came up with these aids so I could thank them.
Start at the menu at the top or below with Wrong God and read on. I hope you find them a blessing.
Here we want to explore Biblical causes of divorce and adultery In Malechi 2:16 we read about God saying, “I hate divorce”, so protecting the family from divorce is something that pleases God.
We’ll start with the Ten Commandments as this is a very powerful topic to cover. Some have a wrong impression of the ten commandments as being old, outdated, legalistic, and worthless when in truth they are very powerful in getting directly to the root causes and cures for the curse of infidelity and divorce.
Over time, I hope to add other Biblical topics as well.
